Naturally sweet autumn pizza with cinnamon & coco dusting
I've wanted to make a sweet pizza for ages but making a sweet, healthy & gluten-free pizza has been pretty tricky, because most recipes use sugar, oil etc and either dont taste nice, or the dough doesn't hold together very well. I've adapted my recipe from a savory, gluten-free Jamie Oliver pizza recipe and also used brown flour - the result is a thin crispy base which has a grainy, nutty flavour. It’s definitely a naughty cake, but like all naughty things, it’s divine. The rose water added to the light coconut sponge adds a deliciously delicate floral note, which combined with the vanilla custard frosting (I like to use vanilla pods as well as essence) creates a god damn gorgeous result (

(Above: Warm Crab Donuts & Devilled Cucumbers, spiced salmon tartare) Yes, yes, I know, yep, totally agree, it’s too cool for school and full of posers and ‘sheleb’ spotters and let’s be honest, anywhere that Lindsay Lohan frequents should not be somewhere that anyone with taste should go…..well at least not more than twice a month right? Twice is ok isn’t it *stuffs face with warm crab donuts (yes, the words warm, crab and donuts have been combined into one joyful mouthfull)
