Being healthy is more and more important to me, however I love food and hate to deny myself, so I compromise. 6 days a week I work out, eat very healthily and avoid alcohol, but on day 7 I allow myself a day off, which means I may choose not to work out and I can eat anything I fancy. 

 

Skinny-Minny is all about the 6/1 week, you'll find a combination of healthy & treat day recipes and restaurants, some of my favourite new food finds, as well as info on all the fitness classes/ workouts I love.
