About Me
Being healthy is more and more important to me, especially since having a baby, however I love food and hate to deny myself, so I compromise. 6 days a week I exercise, eat healthily and avoid alcohol, but on day 7 I allow myself a day off, a 'treat day', which means I may choose not to exercise and can eat anything I fancy.
Here you will find a combination of healthy & 'treat day' recipes for mummies and their little angels, as well as my favourite new food finds and some tried & tested tops tips on fitness.
